How are we supposed to know what to do about HRT when drs all give wildly different advice?

| I have a Mirena and love it: no periods so I don't even know if I an in peri, and I feel fantastic. I wonder if that is an option: just continuing with a new one until early 50s instead of HRT since it is hormonal. |
