oh - whoops. Well, Vuori does have non-jogger styles. I like what I posted above because they don't show panty lines nor rolls and folds. |

People need to stop recommending Vuori. I love Vuori but their quality is so terrible lately. The company needs to get the hint.
I recommend Beyond Yoga. Or Zella. |

Marine Layer's Allison Pant?

I was also going to recommend these. They are my travel ones and so comfortable yet non-frumpy. |
I have these pants for work and they're great, but they're not cotton or cozy at all like I think leggings are. |
Someone said this on here last year. Everyone disagreed with the poster. Their quality is really good. Maybe their fabrics have evolved over time and don’t feel the same to you, and that’s what you’re equating as having declined in quality. I don’t see it. |
| +1 for the Lands End starfish line. The slip fit pant is very comfortable and a good basic. |

My measurements sound similar to yours, and I wear these in a L, around the house and to run errands. You can also find them on Amazon. |
Hmmm, but mine DO have pockets. Search Amazon for Hanes womens O4694. |

Spanx has some that would work well for you -- even have petite sizes

What about these? https://www.titlenine.com/p/ankle-pants-womens-hiking-scout/250924.html
I like their Slaycation pants, but the cropped look might not work if you’re petite, and I found the waistband pretty snug, to the point I sized up. |
This! Ponte is very comfortable and forgiving. |
Old Navy has a version of these too - their Powersoft line is great (not cotton though) |
