Good conditioner / shampoo for dry wavy hair

I love Nexxus products. They smell and feel luxe but don’t break the bank. I buy them for discounts at Marshalls or use the 30-40% off coupon at CVS and get them.

+100 I came here to say Trader Joe’s Tea Tree Tingle shampoo as well.

I have similar hair and what has worked amazingly for many years is:

Paul Mitchell Awapuhi shampoo
Biolage Hydra Source Conditioning balm

I used to use the conditioning balm only on my ends and up into the hair to about the ear - but in recent years my hair has gotten dryer and I use it throughout my hair almost but not quite up to the scalp.

These products are more expensive, but last forever - I've bought cheaper drug store brands periodically and have to use a lot more product, and run out a lot faster, so I really don't think the nicer products cost that much more per use.

Just wanted to say, I love the 30-40% cvs coupons at cvs, along with the weekely $4.00 I get every week, plus the spin the wheel for extra extra bucks or coupons. I combine all of those and it takes a ton off. I bought the largest persil they sell for $8.00. The manager says I sure know how to use those coupons. Often times I pay nothing and the item is completely free.

Are the Nexxus (and other salon-brand) products at CVS legit? I always assumed they weren’t!
