I’m obsessed with Knorr Spinach Dip

I make mine with mayo, sour cream and cream cheese to take to parties. I would never serve a “lite” or healthy version of anything for party food. Crudités and such, of course- but never the equivalent of. applesauce brownies.

This is important stuff! Anyone with the lite version feels unsatisfied and will eat more and more rather than a small portion of something really decadent.

This has been my family’s go to app recipe for at least 20 years. Served in a carved out Hawaiian bread (the big circular one) with more cut up pieces of Hawaiian bread. Always hits the spot.

Where do you find the Knorr packet at the grocery?

In my store it’s with the gravy and chili seasoning packets (but NOT the taco seasoning packets)

Doing it in a round pumpernickel boule is good too!

It used to be called vegetable soup mix and I think was in with the soups? If not there, maybe with the salad dressings (like the Ranch packets).

YESSS thank you for reminding me about this, my mom used to make it all the time. I'm going to make it with just Greek yogurt & sour cream so I don't feel bad eating all of it
