Which designer bags are too heavily replicated? Which do you assume are fake?

What? Why would people bother to fake $200 "cheap looking" bags?

Who still wears coach? I haven't seen a coach bag in years.

YSL, Chanel, LV.

Honestly, the high end rep bags are very hard to tell apart. They use real leather and people spend $500-$600+ on them. Vs, of course, thousands on a real bag.

Rep bags have also entered the resale market so you can’t even trust that anymore.

Most people are unable to spot a fake.

Exactly. My daughter, who's in college and is a veteran thrifter, says that vintage coach is sought after.

By all means, let us all follow the fashion sense of someone's "daughter, who's in college." Lol.

Ha do you live in NYC by any chance? I’m in VA and use an old one as a diaper bag, and got comments from some friends last time I was up there. Maybe they thought I was a fool to buy it but the thing is a bulletproof tank and looks great after years (it’s not the beach bag everyone has, but a structured one w reinforced corners that zips up)?

Snark aside. Vintage Coach leather saddle bags never go out of style. Pre 2000 year Coach leather bags are highly sought after, especially non all logo bags.

The leather is very nice but the brass hardware is very dated to me.

I do. I am from Europe and I find Coach bags so unique and such a great quality. I have some friends who always ask me to bring it to them back to Europe.
