It never hurt to contact admissions....but grom the Sidwell Admissions webpage: Important Update: December 15, 2023 Thank you for your interest in Sidwell Friends. As of December 15, all parent meeting slots have been posted. Please be aware that this could result in not all families being able to schedule a parent/guardian meeting. However, not having a meeting will NOT place your child's file in a negative light. We thank you for your understanding. |

| The parent/guardian meeting felt more like my opportunity to ask questions and assess whether or not the school was a fit for us. If they say it won't hurt your chances, I wouldn't assume it will. But it is unfortunate because I think those interviews go both ways. Some interviews with schools helped me narrow the list. |
