Made me snort with laughter. My DH is a very good person but if he thinks he’s getting sick (every time one of the kids is sick) he must immediately sleep 10 hours per night and take it easy during the day. And also work extra since he will probably be unable to do so the next day. Basically be very unhelpful and stressed out even if I do all of the actual caring for the kid and he doesn’t get sick after all (because he so smartly slept a ton extra). Oh well.

My dd had Covid before Christmas. She isolated pretty well but dh and ds and I all had some sniffles. On Christmas Day, dh was laying in bed “definitely” coming down with it so I was like eff it take a test. It was negative and within the hour, he was up and running around like nothing happened.
