Is Terminal 1 (A gates) at Reagan National Airport part of the Seventh Circle of Hell?

I flew in there once when there were delays flying out. We were literally stuck ON the jetbridge getting off the flight because there were so many people standing in the terminal waiting on flights. I can't stand it.

Yes the Dunkin’ Donuts there is criminal. I wanted milk for my coffee so bought it separately from the fridge but all they had was that weird fair life stuff. It was disgusting. If you can’t bring in your own beverages I really feel like they need to see you a decent beverage. The pizza is also pretty bad.

Ugh I'm sorry. We waited a while too and they also listed the wrong carousel for our flight and never announced a correction so we just found out from other travelers. The baggage claim area was completely full of people and someone almost knocked me over with her luggage after I picked up mine because she really needed to squeeze in right next to me.
