Are there things for a 14/15 month old to ride (with a parent!)? We went out of town a few weeks back and he rode on one of those rides that go up and down like airplanes shaped like elephants, if that makes any sense. He LOVED it, while I stood on the ground freaking out and giving my Husband the "omg hold onto him" look, haha.

Yes, plenty. Their website lists the rides that hand held infants can ride. If your little one walks, he can even go on more rides in addition to the hand held infant rides. The first time we went our son was 14 months old and we did rides all morning and into early afternoon before going back for his afternoon nap, and we never ran out of things to do.
