Argh I can’t gift recipes from the NYT app. But to summarize, roast squash and mash. Caramelize onions and add a little maple syrup and vinegar at end. Mix w squash. Spread toast with ricotta. Put dollop of squash mixture on top. Top with julienned mint. Very easy. Tasty. Looks pretty.

Ceasar salad is very rich and doesn't go well with a rich and heavy lasagna. Do a simple lemon/garlic vinaigrette.
