I’m 52 and make $240K a year, I do not consider myself a highly paid person and am low paid for my profession. High pay for a man or a woman begins at $300K minimum, more like $350-400K.

$100k isn't that "high earning" anymore.

Every profession has a top role. Some are c suite, some are not, but regardless if you get to that level OP and you will make 3-5x what you are making now.
