Kind of hard to draw conclusions from one month of data. November and December probably have the fewest sales. Would also help if they separated out SFHs, townhouses, and condos.

Fairfax City is indistinguishable from anywhere else in Fairfax County.

Many of those are changing or already changed. Ffx City has moved a lot faster on that than the surrounding county.

Agreed. There's a lot more diversity of housing in Fairfax City compared to the surrounding County. The economic diversity and housing options is one of the strengths of the city.
