My mother is a letter carrier and she likes any gift cards or cash.
She and her co workers often receive gifts over the $20 limit and they still accept them. |

Pp letter carrier here. You could put, regular carrier for address XYZ on it. It stands out a little if you put like a stick on bow or something so it doesn't look like an outgoing letter. |
