And before that virtue-signaling pp comes back and claims we’re all materialistic fools wasting money, it’s really not about the money. A better gift would be letting them unwrap clothes, socks, a new spoon, a pot of favorite yogurt, anything within your budget and values to actually touch and hold (since you’re probably against wrapping paper, too).
