How was Conquistador? Heard they haven’t recovered and the ferry to the private beach is often not available.

The car rentals on Vieques and Culebra are north of $125 a day. I would say Isla Verde in an Airbnb and using Uber is the cheapest option. I agree that the Amigo grocery stores were no worse price wise than what I pay in DC.
