At work, someone has a phot in their office of Malcolm X and MLK Jr together laughing and smiling. Knowing what happened to them both, that picture is so haunting to me.
One of my favorite historical pictures is of Muhammad Ali practicing his boxing underwater. So beautiful. We have that hung as a poster in our child’s bedroom. |
