Favorite podcasts to listen to with teens/tweens?

We live TAL, but also listen to storytellers like Kevin Kling. His 2007 album, Alive, is one of my 12-year-old's favorites (and mine as well). We've listened to it countless times over the past few years.

Are you envisioning just sitting down and listening to a podcast all together? I don’t know anyone who does that, podcasts are for when you are driving, working out, walking the dog, doing the dishes and such. I also don’t see the supposed benefit vs watching TV.

I have the same question. Honest question. How are podcasts better than TV as long as you pick quality shows

They are good for puzzles, building legos and drawing as well

Look, I like Mike as much as anyone but the 2nd two are not for tweens/teens, and only a handful of YWA episodes would be interesting to that age group.

NP, it depends on the actual episode. Some are just fine for tween/teens

My son loves Lore and Criminal.

I listen to audiobooks with my 14 year old DS.

Unspookable seems interesting. Thank you for the recommendation!

If they like fiction stories, gen-z media has some good series that are presented as long series of podcasts

That show was amazing! So many big names got their start on that show. And only one season
