Hi OP. Don’t have a great solution, but I’m having very similar issues and wanted to empathize with you. My GYN did recommend taking lo loestrin because my bloodwork suggested it’s due to high levels of Estrogen and taking the pill would shut down the overproduction, but I have been reluctant to try it. I am short and large breasts are particularly uncomfortable and unflattering so I get it. Good luck and please post back with anything you learn!

Thanks! Unfortunately I’ve been on looestrin for years- but now I’m wondering how much worse it would be if I weren’t. I hope I can find a solution or even a way to just pump the brakes on the breast situation. I’m living in hoodies and 1-2 vaguely flattering dressier outfits. After being around middle schoolers this week I realized that I’ve adopted the same hunched-over-in-a-hoodie/hiding-my-body vibe as them. This is not sustainable!
