| Surrogacy, u can see the US plug sockets (sadly it’s not legal in the UK). But I don’t think it’s a staged photo, they were there for the birth most likely and they’re doing skin to skin in the hospital where the baby was born, which is very normal and encouraged for bonding with baby. |

She doesn't look like she just gave birth. And, in the US our child was discharged in less than 24 hours/adoption. |
