Hire a trainer at a gym and give him a fighting chance. Do it together if you can. He trains with trainer why you work out and make it a new fun activity you do together instead of a chore that has to be done.
I’m sure at times he’s looked at your body and may have thought the same thing. No need to shame him. |
Mine has them and I don’t care. |
He’s not going to exercise them away, he needs to adjust his diet. Reduce carbs significantly . |
You can’t target fat through exercise. |
Gross |
How old is he? |
Has he had his T checked? How overweight is he? Ozempic? IF? A trainer? |
Gynecomastia has several treatment options available. It's hormonal and weight related. Extra body fat on men can cause an increase in estrogen. See if getting him to lose weight clears it up, if not lure him to an endocrinologist that specializes in this. There are several medications and creams available to fix it. You can make him feel better by telling him that bodybuilders commonly suffer from this. For them, they develop hormonal imbalances from too little body fat. |
Arent there dietary changes that can lower excess estrogen? Lots of fiber, exercise, no wjhite carbs |
Ugh. Is he wealthy enough that he can get surgery to fix them? They are only going to get worse. It's hormonal and from a decrease in testosterone production as some men age. |
I can’t imagine caring about this.
How can some of you spend so much energy policing other people’s bodies? Like, his body also has an orifice that regularly smooshes out turds. Isn’t that more gross than moobs? I just don’t understand how anyone can live as an animal and have sex at all and then be fussy about moobs. |
90% body fat% issue. He needs to cut it down. Other than that, all you can do are a bunch of chest press exercises.
He should also go to the endocrinologist if gynecomastia is suspected. At that point it is a health issue it of his control. |
moobs are not attractive. I don't watch DH take a dump. That would also not be attractive. |
