I’m so sorry, OP. I have mild osteoarthritis and come from a family where many folks on both sides have stenosis in different parts of their spine.
Pilates was life-changing for me when my neck pain was more severe. I’ve kept up with it since. My primary care also recommends any exercise program that stabilizes the core, shoulder, and pelvic regions. That said, often you need effective pain and inflammation control to even be able to start an exercise regimen. I had some luck with injections at the MedStar spine center in Friendship Heights. |
