Best syrups for homemade coffee/espresso

Anonymous
I actually hate Monin. I got very excited about it, since they have lots of botanical/flower flavors and I love that so much. I ordered rose, violet, lavender, and honey. They pretty much all tasted the same to me, and it was not good. Almost chemical like.

Torani is much better.

We enjoy our coffee and espresso black or with a little frothed cream.

OP here. I just ordered Torani and Monin. I will get back to you here which tastes better. I got hazelnut from both and caramel. I also bough some coconut, pecan praline and raspberry, all either natural or also organic.

You can find Torani at Marshall’s/TJMaxx etc. I only buy the regular ones, hate sugar free.

Torani doesn't last very long. about 30 days for the syrups and sauces. Get the small bottle.

I got this one during the last Amazon prime days: https://tchibo.us/products/the-tchibo
It's usually about 400 but we got it for 300. Nice creamy coffee. But you pretty much need to hit the 'extra hit of espresso' every time.

We also have one of these (We are really into coffee and this is our main coffee maker. The other one is at the summer house):

if you don't want to go the Amazon route, call the folks at wholelattelove and engage them in a discussion about your coffee preferences. They are wonderful!

Never had this problem. We go through them at fairly steady pace but even the flavors we don't use as much of (Raspberry) last a long time.
