This is yet another example of weird Republican thinking. Apparently they are angry about protecting endangered species, and cite that as their reasoning for "kneecapping" the EPA.

Even though EPA isn't responsible for endangered species, that's Fish & Wildlife Service.

Right wingers don’t know what they like, but they know they hate everything. Since their cult like voters require no consistency from them, “against” is an acceptable position for the GOP to take. And since the Democrats must be perfect and the GOP just has to continue being “against,” it’s very easy for GOP voters not to think too hard.
