Anonymous wrote:I'm currently reading Verity by Colleen Hoover - it's been in my wish list for a long time and I'm just getting to it. I'm enjoying it so far, and about half way through, so I feel like something terrible is just around the corner!

Did you read It Ends With Us? That was the first book I read by her and I HATED it but I had Verity on my list before that and I'm wondering if I should give it a try.

I just started "The Last King of America: the misunderstood reign of George III.". It's a major commitment of over 600 small print pages. He has been treated unfairly in American history and wasn't nearly as bad as we've been left to believe.

I'm reading the little old lady who broke all the rules.

I’m a pretty “serious” reader (I loved Demon Copperhead for example) and I really enjoyed Verity. I read it in a day!

Yes! I forgot to say my sister got me a great spot on the library holds list for this book and I should get it as soon as it is released!

Exit Interview: The Life and Death of My Ambitious Career by Kristi Coulter. It has good reviews and I am also a woman who has worked for Amazon, though reviews say that it is relatable to many people in corporate America.

The Bookbinder by Pip Williams. Really enjoying it so far.

That title sounds awesome! If I didn't already have a bunch of books on my "plan to read" list I would totally seek this out.

Holding Pattern by Jenny Xie. I just started it last night so not very far in, but I'm enjoying it so far. It only got 3.19 on Goodreads.

Currently Dancing on My Grave by Gelsey Kirkland. Next are The Longest Day by Cornelius Ryan and The Warsaw Diary of Adam Czerniakow edited by Raul Hilberg.

I'm reading a nonfiction book about fungi. Not kidding.
Entangled Life by Merlin Sheldrake

I just finished Tan Twan Eng's new book House of Doors which was really good. Loosely based on a period in W. Somerset Maugham's life when he was in Penang.
