Adding mushrooms to a meat based gravy probably isn’t what vegetarians are looking for.

Ok. It’s a gravy for turkey. I didn’t read that it was required to be vegetarian.

Looks like WF has what op is looking for.

"Open Up! I need access to your turkey juices!"

Why isn't it obvious to everyone that mushroom gravy needs to be vegetarian. What kind of idiots are you???

I would do the WF gravy as well. But was anyone else startled by the ingredients? It wouldn’t dissuade me from buying it, but the “buttery spread”, which is actually palm oil etc, was strange and made me think that they use “buttery spread” in a lot of other foods. What a euphemism.

There was a post on chicken pot pies and one poster criticized Costco for using palm oil and called it “slop”, which is why I noticed.

I'm happy to report that my offering (made from scatch) was well received and the table ran out despite a high percentage of my tablemates saying they do not eat gravy. I had a taste with dinner; still not a gravy fan.

It was the main gravy. Roux was made with the turkey drippings.
