I would send a CYA email that spells out the problem, what was supposed to be done about the problem and who was involved with any conversation about the problem. Start with "i didn't receive a reply to my earlier email on October X. " Then they cant come back and say you should have me tinned it before the end of the marking period. You did and she ignored the problem and it's in writing. |
