What do you recommend?

I like it at Le Dip, Brasserie Liberte, Et Voila

You can get a decent one many places- my complaint with Medium Rare is that they should excel at it since that is all they serve, and they don’t.

I actually thought their steak was pretty awful when I had it recently. Very disappointed.

NP. Which Medium Rare do you go to? Even via Door Dash, I am always happy with their fries. Love their salad too. Their steak is poor in my view, and I am so-so on the vaunted sauce, but my kids love it all.

Bethesda. I do like the dressing on their salad

I love both the dressing and the buttery leaves they use. I wish there was an option to order the salad a la carte.

I also like Medium Rare. Have only been to the Cleveland Park location

I find Mon Ami Gabi underwhelming, but have not tried steak frites there. Their apple tart dessert is amazing though and almost worth a trip just for that alone.
