Lululemon

Once everyone has it, some kids move on. That's the lifecycle of a brand that gets popular

My DD is 14 and has been wearing LuLulemon for a few years. Its becoming a *little* less popular with the HS crowd but they use the lulu bags for their lunch bags lol. The items they mostly get are the hotty hot shorts, scuba sweatshirts, swiftly tees and align tanks. AND the crossbody bag...

This year the new hot item for the HS crowd are the flared scuba sweat pants.

No and she's never asked for it. She seems to only be inerested in specific sneakers Dunks and Js etc.

I'm not a hater but am going as Tween Barbie for Halloween with a hot pink Lulu crossbody bag, white Lulu t, hot pink hottie hots...my MS thinks I'm insane, I think the parents at the party will find it hilarious.

Do you not care about embarrassing the beejeezus out of your kid? I bet you're wearing the 2.5" version of those shorts.

No, four inch. The theme of the party is Barbie so everyone is going as a different Barbie.

She's not going to be there and is aware of all of this and declined to lend me her Kendra Scott necklace.

The whole thing is a lighthearted play on the trends of the time. I think it would be a bigger eye roll if this is how I dressed day-to-day (I'm 49).

Tween Barbie, I like you! You sound fun unlike many others here.

Thank you! I'm a slightly overweight, very overworked tween mom whose original plan to wear a pink Target jumpsuit as some other TBD kind of Barbie was thwarted by an apparent run on size 12s. I'm selling the cross body bag at a discount to a friend to give to her 10-year-old after.

DD has asked for the define jacket & align leggings. She also wants another scuba oversized half zip hoodie. She's tried several of their shirts but the only one she has liked is the cropped crewneck but her school doesn't allow crop tops at all, so she hasn't asked for or bought more of those. Those cropped crewnecks are literally all she and her friends wear on the weekends with big oversized hoodies.

Yes! Mine wants dance pants. She’s a dancer

For those getting the Define jacket, what color do they want?

Related question. How do you translate kid sizes to women sizes? My 12 year old mostly wears Athleta girl but is interested in Lululemon. Thought about getting her an item or two for Christmas (as a surprise) and can't figure out what size she would wear or anything would fit her at all. She is 5' and 90 pounds.
