100%. Also having dealt with male predators, they are often very image conscious and know exactly what women will be listened to and which will be discounted. Theyre very calculating and the ritualized humiliation is part of the fun

+1 to these 2 pp's. It's always been that way. Men rape women who are already marginalized, then if they speak up they'll marginalize them further. Calling them crazy or trashing their credibility is a standard way to do it. It's very dangerous for women to be on the outskirts of society.

That said, Heard is a proven liar and manipulator. I'm not ready to accept that Momoa is an abusive jerk based solely on her testimony. Maybe he did it, but it's not clear based on what we know.

I believe it. I think many people in hollywood werent big fans of her after the trial. I can see someone doing this "as a joke" and her being very unhappy about it. I dont think its very funny, even if I dont particular like her.

I agree with the PPs who are describing the predator tactics of rapists; been there. And I don't like weaponizing BPD against Amber Heard either. There are people who have BPD and don't do what Amber Heard did.

Having said that, Amber Heard "bought into the system" so it's not like she's a marginalized woman on the outskirts...not in this case. She's fully benefited from the system for years and she's willing to play games and be dishonest to get her way.

I feel Amanda Heard doesn’t have an accurate view/accurate retelling of reality. But also not surprised if there is some truth because alcoholics are unpredictable.

Amber expected to be filming that movie longer than she actually did, and she left early. I can't provide any additional context, but I know for a fact that she expected to be filming longer than she actually did. I don't know if that was due to miscommunication, or choice, or the studio's choice. Only that it didn't match her initial plans.

She did. She claimed to get less screen time than she initially expected. She claimed that they filmed many more scenes with her but cut them due to the allegations. But, that testimony doesn't match with the fact that she left earlier than expected.

It's weird that this thread is titled "Amber Heard's claims" and people are talking about this like she made a direct allegation about Jason Momoa.

This info is taken from scribbled notes from Heard's therapist that were entered into the record during the trial. So not even something Amber said or testified to, but notes from a therapy session she had. We have no idea how accurate the notes are. I don't think this was addressed in trial so I don't think Amber or her therapist testified to the veracity of any of these statements. It's actually kind of weird they released the notes without redacting names in them.

In any case, regardless of what you think of Heard or whether you believe these "allegations" or not, it's weird to run around talking about what a liar she is based on somethings she said in a private therapy session where our only evidence is some scribbled notes from her therapist who, I guarantee, is not a stenographer. Generally therapists take notes like this only so they can recall what a patient said in a previous session. They are just meant to refresh the therapist's memory and are not a form of testimony.
