You’re not a part of your brother and SILs relationship. They are the only 2 people that need to be comfortable with what she does. Your opinion and thoughts on the arrangement do not matter.

It’s really weird that a mom of four little kids (I’m assuming they’re little if she and your brother have been married for 7 years) would go on weeks-long vacations without her family, nevermind that it’s with some man other than her husband!
