NP. Our child is going through the same thing and the sports orthopedist and PT will recommend exercises to strengthen different muscle groups along the whole leg that will create more stability in the ankles and knees.
They really help. |
I don't think it's an expensive versus cheap cleats issue but you do have to make sure the cleats fit. If they don't fit right the child and the feet are sliding around or if they are too tight they may cause the child to be landing on her foot in a way that creates extra pressure in the wrong places. |
