Stores that carry more mature clothes in kid sizes?

My DD is almost 15 so a little older but Mango has great options for petite and slate bloomer girls in her age range

Sorry, late bloomer

+1 for Athleta girl - some of their clothes work for me as a small adult.

Gap
Old Navy
Abercrombie Kids
H&M
Macys
Dick's
JC Penney (dresses)

Some styles of womens XXS/00 or XS/0 clothes -- sweatpants, joggers, and leggings, fit better than kids 12-14/XL because the waist tends to be smaller. Some styles - like running shorts -- work better in kids sizes because the leg openings tend to be not as loose.

Our favorites were:
Abercrombie kids
Zara
H&M
Gap Teen (their teen clothes are actually in kids sizes)

Stitch Fix my extremely thin 10.5 year old 5th grader has gotten some more tween styles from them. Is very thin, no chest, short torso, and Long legs for her height.

Brandy Melville might work for tops.

Frankie line at Francesca's.

GAP has 00 size jeans. They are expensive at full price, but have found great markdowns in store and online.

Old Navy XS for some things, but it is very time specific.

Athleta girl for sportswear.

Urban Outfitters, depending on your style preference, has some XS that works.

My DD is 12, about 5ft and a string bean. She is in middle school and prefers to to wear kids clothes in 14/16. We do end up with kids in active wear, but otherwise have gone to the above stores in the past year.

Unfortunately adult 00/XXS still isn't an option for girls who are very short. DD is 4'8" and really wants some of the shorter tops that are in style. Even the smallest adult shirts are way too long.

PP, there are hacks girls use to (for instance), shorten the length of too-long shirts, or otherwise make things fit. That's what my short (4' 11") DD does. She isn't going to get any taller, so she needs to figure these things out for herself. A lot of crop tops are a good, not too cropped length on her. She has to roll up the waist or hem the pants legs to get bottoms to fit. Her go-to places to buy stuff are Hollister and PacSun; online is better than in-store.

You can try Petites sections, especially if you are looking for tops.

Asian sizing is the key.

There have been lots of stores given. Your DD is going to have to put together outfits from a variety of stores not just one or two. So maybe sweat pants from the kids section that fit, and a crop top for the lingerie or sports section. Maybe a skirt from the juniors/misses section at a department store and a top from Old Navy kids. This is going to be about developing a sense of style and learning that not all fashion trends work for all people. Also a good time to learn to sew or invest in a tailor.
