a man in uniform

How about just for banging, not dating or marrying?

Come to think of it, there is not one job requiring a man to wear a uniform that would make me interested or attracted. Men wearing uniforms by definition are following orders, and that doesn’t turn me on.

What are you smoking? Pilots at major carriers are making $300-400K after a few years. Widebody captains are at like $400-500K+

I'm also turned off by a man in uniform but for a different reason - men in uniforms are generally blue collar. UPS, mailmen, military, etc.

Thats actually pretty much the same issue. Blue collar = no critical thinking skills.

These ladies say they want a man who will just do as they say but then they complain about him messing up at the grocery store.

Wow. You sound rigid.

So the only thing that makes you hot is a seven-figure income?

Not enough. I’ll take the neurosurgeon or orthopedic surgeon

Wow. I have to wonder who you all have met. IME, men in uniform mirror the general population - some are great, some are AHs, some are analytical but have low EI, etc. Well fitting clothes, uniform or not, can take a meh-looking guy from NOT to HOT in an instance! I especially like seeing football players in their well tailored suits. Wowza!

Neurosurgeons (men) are universally known in medical circles as nightmares to date, much less marry. I knew a bunch of them in grad school. Great friends, lousy partners.

Is someone writing this Whole thread as a parody?

You go right on ahead and date/marry/be attracted to pilots. I make more than $500k so someone making $400k-$500k who is gone all the time is not what I would seek out. No hate to those who wants to be married to a pilot. Have at it! I’m saying it’s not for me nor is the sight of a pilot in uniform even remotely a turn on for me. To each their own.

Football players are generally not smart (obviously there are some exceptions) - they are people who choose to crash into other people repeatedly for a living. That's almost as dumb as being a boxer.

Depends what type of flying. Corporate and charter don't pay as much as airlines. Regionals/LCC don't pay as much as majors. Widebody long haul pays more than narrow body domestic. Base pay increases with seniority.

I respect what our military does but their uniforms look dopey to me... like grow up boy scouts or lederhosen. No thanks.
