How bad was your egg retrieval recovery?

First one: okay, but the antibiotics gave me terrible diarrhea (I have a terrible stomach)
Second one: ROUGH. Bloated, painful cramping, exhausted |

| Surprised to hear it was so easy for so many! My recovery was tougher - stomach was super tender and bloated for two days (couldn’t wear anything with a waistband).. Day three was like a switch flipped - bloating went down significantly. I had my procedure on a Saturday and could not have worked in person that day or the day after. 22 eggs retrieved though, so it was worth it! |
