She has a single burner on the grill. You can make spaghetti using that.

I made lentil soup in our instapot today. You can use the Instapot to sauté vegetables or meat as well.

Grill proteins, salads, toaster/microwave oven for premade sides. we did a recent kitchen remodel, we got a lot of Wegman's premade and heated up in the toaster oven. it was just easier.

grill salmon/steak and broccoli/cauliflour serve with chimmichurri sauce

grill chicken kabobs and mushroom, pepper and onion kabobs, serve with zhoug sauce

grill cod and thinly sliced potatoes layered with lemon en papillot

grill corn as a side with rotisserie chicken/grilled spatchcocked chicken & big salad

make sandwiches with chips and pickles as sides...

make chili, lentil soup, dal in instant pot.. can use TJ frozen rice in microwave to eat with daal

grill peppers and onions and steak/chicken strips put on rice with avocado and salsa for Mexican bowl, add dozen cousins black beans/pinto beans and sprinkle chili lime seasoning on top for kick plus shredded Mexican cheese mix.

seekh kebab with naan
malai boti chicken with paratha
chicken seekh kebab
chapal kebab

can put together chopped salad with all these kabobs for veggies.

My stove is fine but these are good menu ideas for me to use! I was getting bored . . .

Roast a 6lb pork shoulder in the instant pot, and you will have enough shredded pork for a week. Chop up a big cole slaw, add rice (can also be made in the instant pot) and tortillas, and you will hardly miss your oven.

I agree that if you have a grill it should be pretty easy. I often just make everything on the grill (less dishes!).

But another of my favourite meals - rotisserie chicken and salad. Minimal prep required! You can use left over chicken for sandwiches the next day.

I have done hummus, pita and veggie sandwiches.

As I recently learned from another DCUM thread, apparently you can make salmon in your dishwasher:
