| Rapid office kaizen will do just fine. I have a black belt in LSS. It’s cool, but no one seems to go that deep anymore. Plus folks rarely have the data needed to do it. I’ve been hired to do the same as you. I’ve had a lot of success doing rapid office Kaiser events. It’s even improved morale a bit. |
