Archer Rows. Six months. 3 times per week. I did thousands of these over a 6 month period.

Anything to strengthen your upper back will help.

Do you have BODi or just T-25? If you have the former or are willing to try it, I highly recommend the program Barre Blend. You may hate it at first (either because it’s too hard or too easy), but if you do it correctly by using your abs throughout and “tucking your tail,” it will do wonders for your posture. I’m a runner and developed sciatica and it pretty much eliminated it.

definitely PT - it can take awhile and you need to keep up the strengthening exercises long-term.
