Our county used to have an occasional program where you could drop off your kid for a few hours to give parents breathing room. Does your community have a program like that? It was amazing to be able to do that for a few hours, plus the people involved already ran child-related programs so everyone was familiar with them. Sometimes a little break makes a big difference. A big hug from this internet stranger. I know what it's like to have other people imposing their drama on you and making life crazy.
