| Both Maryland and Delaware are members of the interstate Driver License Compact. Maryland will get information on the outcome of the hearing and may impose a penalty. This is a serious offense. Hopefully OP will be taking steps to ensure that her son engages in better driving practices if he does not lose his license. |
OP, stop sock-puppeting. Your kid f'd up and could've killed someone. |
Especially in Delaware. That state funds its roads on the backs of out of state drivers |
No, not everyone looks at their phone while driving!!! Good grief |
| Stop trying to fix your kids problems OP. My parents did that for me and I learned nothing. They are still fixing my problems. If he loses his license in MD, it'll be for a good reason. |
+1 I knew Delaware reported to Maryland 30 years ago when I started driving. I have a kid with a provisional license now and IIRC any conviction is a serious problem. |
Me again, found the page where it explains what happens when you’re convicted on a provisional license. https://mva.maryland.gov/drivers/Pages/rookie-driver-general-provisional.aspx |
