Passenger/multi-use vehicles over 3,700 lbs.: $187
Historic vehicles: $51.
Street rod vehicles: $50
Motorcycle/low-speed vehicle: $104
Registration transfer: $10.

LOL. DC is one of the easiest places on the east coast to own a car. Parking is very easy compared to pretty much any major city. And, it's incredibly affordable to own multiple cars.

DC also doesn't do a yearly property tax for cars the way VA does....
