Lots of half assed projects. Bathrooms, kitchen, basement, backyard, back needs a deck, etc, etc.

Agree. It looks like there was some work done recently that is rather low quality or hasty. It was probably done for the sale, but my guess is that it needs a lot of work, and these days, that's expensive. If it is listed for 650, and needs 150, that is a lot for a small house on that street. But they might get it given how hot Takoma Park is and how tight this market is. Notwithstanding being on a busy street, it is a good area in that it is an easy walk to the Co-Op and other stuff up at the junction. |
