Yeah, I think one jolly rancher would be very exciting and not actually too much sugar bc it’s small.

I don't add dried fruit and use no-sugar added almond butter so the only sugar is in the chocolate chips. It is easy enough for my 7 year old to make on her own.

I Second this…. Dried mango slices and freeze dried strawberries are a good favourite. You can also find them at costco and cheaper than trader joe’s i think per gram., (or at least I have been led to believe so haha)

We usually pack non sweet Cheerios for DC ( on weight control), and zbar/fruit bar or sometimes sweetened cheerios for another DC (need to gain weight).
