So hungry when working out consistently

You need to drink more water too.
Your body sometimes confuses hunger for dehydration.

I went through the same thing when I started orange theory. Early 5am workouts left me ravenous for the rest of the day.

Make sure you’re drinking water throughout the day. And try some Gatorade too. I like the Gatorade zero

You need to eat proper meals and not these salad and snack foods. Sit down and have stew and roast and stop thinking about weight and food. That is the answer.

I would add a green salad or veg to lunch and dinner.

OO. Yeah I’m not trying to lose weight!! I want to gain muscle and stabilize my core post-kids. I’m trying to just eat bigger portions but it’s not cutting it.

It will be much easier if you pick a different high protein/fat snack for nightime, one you really like. Hell, make a cheesy omelette before you go to bed if you have to. The sugary food at night will make you hungrier the next day. Satisfy yourself with another style of food.

See how you feel in a week and reassess. The point is to satisfy your hunger in a way that is less sugary. Observe how your body responds.

Op. This is helpful, thank you!
