It's a money issue. Maybe the waitlist has to be big enough to support the additional staff.

I called the Extended Day office at Sysphax and asked about the Tuckahoe extended day. I'm #25 or so for K. They said they are still hiring and planning to be able to clear the waitlist. Who knows if that will happen, but its the plan at least

At $15/hr that is very doubtful.
