Several years ago I paid about $2000 per month for home daycare for my toddler. 8:30am - 6pm, near a metro station, and meals were not included.

So while $3000 per month nowadays seems like a lot of money, it’s not unreasonable! Kids are so expensive.

We paid $350 a week for an in-home daycare in Alexandria (West End)- starting in 2019, so Im sure the price has been upped by now. $260 starting in 2016!! But I know that was cheap. And it was great care!!
