I'm a little tired of plain watermelon, though I love it/ I've started making a watermelon agua fresca, and I think that would be superb if you have the containers for it. For potlucks I'm taking lidded glass pitchers footed in ice in a cooler. You need to bring cups, if they aren't being provided.

Step 1
Combine watermelon, sugar, lime juice, and ⅓ cup water in a blender. Puree until smooth, about 30 seconds.
