| You could also do Soak City/ King's Dominion for a day trip. They have a lazy river. |
Old Mill Park in Fredricksburg, VA |

| Old Mill Park definitely does not have a lazy river, although there is access to the Rappahannock. They charge for parking on the weekend. Kings Dominion has a lazy river, but the lineup for tubes can be chaotic when it is crowded. |
AV Symington gets insanely busy. |
+1 - we go to lots of water parks and this was one of the best we’ve been to. They have a normal lazy river and also have one that has a faster current and you just wear a life vest instead of floating in a tube. So fun! |

When we did a float in Harper's Ferry it was basically a frat party on the water. I'm all for bringing a few beers or whatever, but this was completely over the top. The guy next to us was drinking a fifth of vodka straight out of the bottle.
We also are fans of Water Country in Williamsburg. We do it as a day trip but it's a long day. But tons of fun. |
| The water park at Six Flags has one. |
Reston Watermine. |
This. It's at Lake Fairfax Park. |
