Banana baked oatmeal- I like the budget bytes recipe.
It’s also really good to add blueberries sprinkled on top before baking

My go to is banana nut bread with chocolate chips. Not really that involved, I use one mixing bowl.

Yes, some recipes call for sifting even in 2023! interesting comment; is there some newfangled magical flour that does not require sifting??

I’ve never owned a sifter, so I don’t sift. Everything turns out fine.
