I live in the heart of DC and pay $20 an hour and at least one Uber ride for babysitters for my 4 year old, who would be asleep the majority of the time. A few babysitters I’ve interviewed have asked for $25 an hour 😱😱

If you’re getting a cheaper rate you’re lucky! For BABYSITTERS. Not nannies.
