At this point I'd be happy if he lost access to social media for one year. That would be a severe punishment for him. We don't seem to be able to prosecute him for national security violations, sexual assault, tax evasion, etc. I'll take his tweet containing Obama's address as "fighting words"--encouraging violence. That speech is not protected.
